Operators will take information about the caller and their specific needs.
The information is then available to all the helping agencies who provide those services in that area. These teams generally perform tree removal, mucking, mold remediation, tarping, debris removal, rebuilding, and other essential services.
Calling Crisis Cleanup does not replace reporting damage to the local or county emergency management agency, either by calling or going online to report their damage. Please follow the direction of your municipality.
Calling Crisis Cleanup does record the need for assistance with storm recovery so that local helping agencies can see the request and make contact.
Registering on Crisis Cleanup does not guarantee help, but makes the needs visible to all the helping agencies and allows for a coordinated response to them.
