The Penndel Borough Zoning Hearing Board will reorganize for 2025 and hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 7:30PM. to consider the following appeal: 2025-01, filed by The Joshua Cohen Revocable Living Trust for property located at 10 Lincoln Ave, in the I District (Industrial) zoning district. The Applicant is requesting a special exception from Article IX, Nonconformities, Section 405-49.A(1), alteration or extension, of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow for a 3,521 s.f. building addition to the existing repair garage.
