The Penndel/Hulmeville Memorial Day Parade Committee is a non-profit organization that provides the residents with a wonderful Memorial Day Parade each year. We hold fundraisers throughout the year so that we can continue the tradition. Please consider joining this committee so that we can continue to provide a parade to honor all servicemen and women of all branches of military.
