The Penndel Borough Zoning Hearing Board (“ZHB”) will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 7:30 P.M. at the Borough Building, 300 Bellevue Avenue, Penndel, PA, to consider a proposed settlement regarding ZHB Application #2022-04, Daniel & Ashley Darnley, as to the location and height of an existing fence on the property located at 411 Hulmeville Ave, Penndel, PA. The ZHB Application is on appeal to the Pa. Commonwealth Court and the Darnleys, the Borough, and ZHB propose to settle the matter. The existing fence on the DeHaven Ave. side of the Property is proposed to be relocated further back on the Property and will remain at the existing height of 6 feet. The full text of the proposed settlement will be discussed and available at the meeting. The public is invited to attend and be heard.
