The Penndel Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. at the Borough Building, 300 Bellevue Avenue, Penndel, PA, to consider the following application: 2026-02, filed by Lotus 201 W Lincoln LLC for property located at 201 West Lincoln Highway, in the RC Retail Commercial Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a variance from Section 405-18, Table 54: Warehousing, to use the property for industrial storage (non-hazardous material) and warehousing.
