The Penndel Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. at the Borough Building, 300 Bellevue Avenue, Penndel, PA, to consider the following application: 2026-05, filed by Indoor Comfort Systems HVAC, LLC for property located at 372 W. Lincoln Highway in the SC Service Commercial Zoning District . The Applicant is requesting a special exception from Section 405-18, Use 57, Contractor’s office and storage, to allow the storage of tools, equipment and materials, a workshop for assembly, maintenance and preparation of HVAC equipment, and office space at the property, for a business based in air conditioning, gas, propane and electric heat.
