The applicant is requesting a zoning variance from Section 405 Attachment 1, Table of Dimensional Requirements, of the Zoning Ordinance, to permit surface coverage of 65.8% whereas 35% is permitted.
2024-02, filed by Ying Xu for property located at 11 Bellevue Ave., Unit #31, in the RC and TOD zoning districts. The Applicant is requesting a use variance from Section 418, Use Regulations, of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a Massage Parlor, Use 71, at the property.
